Join the ULI NNJ Young Leaders on September 15, 2022 for a building tour and round table discussion at Harrison Urby! In March of 2022, the 381-unit third phase was delivered bringing the total project size to 1,060-units. Harrison Urby includes the brand’s recognizable unique design, expansive indoor and outdoor amenity package and a new on-site restaurant named Charley - all located just one block from the PATH Station.
Jon Moore (President) and Dennis Giuliano (EVP) will lead us through a behind the scenes tour of the community ending at Charley for a “round table” happy hour discussion. Learn about the history of the deal, what differentiates Urby, and their plans for national expansion.
