Montebello, N.Y. (August 6, 2019) – Urban Land Institute (ULI) Northern New Jersey, a multidisciplinary real estate nonprofit research and education organization dedicated to providing responsible leadership in the use of land in order to enhance the total environment, announces the appointment of its 2020 Advisory Board.
Appointed to two-year terms, ULI Northern New Jersey welcomes Tom Trautner, Member, Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC, and Anthony Ianuale, COO & CFO, Dresdner Robin, as Co-District Council Chairs. As District Council Co-Chairs, Tom and Anthony will provide strategic leadership and guidance for ULI Northern New Jersey over FY 2020 and 2021.
Completing a two-year term as Co-Chairs of ULI Northern New Jersey, Brian Whitmer, Executive Director of the Metropolitan Area Capital Markets Group in Cushman & Wakefield’s New Jersey office, and Michael Lachs, Director, Valbridge Property Advisors, will serve as Co-Chairs on the ULI Northern New Jersey Governance Committee where they will provide counsel to the incoming District Council Co-Chairs as well as ongoing support to ULI’s leadership. Michael Lachs will also serve as UrbanPlan Chair, where he will oversee the growth of the real estate development educational program that was launched earlier this year in East Brunswick.
