Pier Village Recognized as a “Great Neighborhood” in New Jersey

The Pier Village in Long Branch City, New Jersey was built on the previously-destroyed Long Branch Pier site that fell victim to a 1987 fire. It is now being recognized by the American Planning Association (APA) for its stunning beachfront neighborhood with shops, restaurants, residences, and walkable amenities for residents and visitors.
