Rutgers Conference: Outlook for the Tri-State Regional Economy

The Rutgers Economic Advisory Service will hold its winter 2014 Conference on Tuesday December 16, 2014. The conference will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00p.m. in the Events Forum on the first floor of 33 Livingston Avenue, Civic Square, in New Brunswick.
The meeting will highlight the Outlook for the Tri-State Regional Economy. Dean James Hughes will begin the conference by discussing national trends. Our staff members will then present the R/ECONTM short-terrn forecast for New Jersey’s economy. We will continue with a discussion of the New York City and State economies from Joshua Goldstein, Assistant Director for Tax Policy, Revenue Forecasting & Economic Analysis and the New York City Office of Management & Budget and a discussion of the Philadelphia region and Pennsylvania economies from Tom Jackson, manager of U.S. Regional Economics at IHS Economics.
