Milan Jakubcak is counsel in the CSG Law Tax Group, advising U.S. and international clients on tax matters involving mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and restructurings. Prior to joining CSG Law, he held managerial roles in the M&A Tax groups of two global professional services firms and practiced at a regional law firm. Milan earned his LL.M. from NYU School of Law, his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, and his B.A. from Rutgers University. While at Seton Hall, he gained hands-on experience as a student attorney in the Juvenile Justice Clinic, externed with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, and interned with the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. His diverse background and practical training provide a strong foundation for delivering strategic tax guidance across complex transactions.

Charles Anastasia, CPA, brings over 25 years of accounting and finance experience with deep expertise in the real estate industry. Licensed in New York and New Jersey, he joined SAX in 2024 through the acquisition of Sewald & Anastasia CPAs, where he was Managing Partner. Charles leads SAX’s Real Estate Practice and has held senior roles at two publicly traded REITs. His client portfolio includes high-net-worth individuals, corporations, partnerships, REITs, Opportunity Zone Funds, private equity funds, and small businesses. Beyond real estate, he’s advised clients in healthcare, legal, insurance, retail, and family office sectors. Charles has taught Real Estate Taxation at Baruch College and developed CPE programs at prior firms. He is known for delivering strategic tax and compliance solutions. Personally, Charles lives in Marlboro, NJ with his wife Laura and their three children. He enjoys coaching youth sports and playing golf.

Shree Shah is a seasoned real estate executive and venture capital investor based in the New York City metropolitan area. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Shadowbrook Development and Principal at Parkview Investments, where he advises and invests in growth-stage companies across healthcare, pharma, energy, and financial services. Previously, he held leadership roles, including Chief Investment Officer at PRC Group and Founder & CEO of AspirEnergy, a firm focused on energy efficiency for commercial properties. Shree’s expertise spans a wide range of asset classes, including multi-family, self-storage, industrial, and single-family homes, and he brings a hands-on approach to transforming visionary projects into tangible value. His investment interests also extend into biotech and health-tech, where he supports innovative startups aiming to transform healthcare delivery. Fluent in Hindi and Gujarati, Shree is passionate about collaboration and community impact, always open to connecting and exploring new opportunities.
