Pier Village Recognized as a “Great Neighborhood” in New Jersey

The Pier Village in Long Branch City, New Jersey was built on the previously-destroyed Long Branch Pier site that fell victim to a 1987 fire. It is now being recognized by the American Planning Association (APA) for its stunning beachfront neighborhood with shops, restaurants, residences, and walkable amenities for residents and visitors. CRDA’s “The Wave” Parking Facility Receives National and Regional Recognition for Innovative Design

The National Parking Association (NPA) recently named, in its first ever Innovation Awards, “The Wave” Mixed-Use Parking Structure as the “Innovative Facility of the Year.” The NPA is a US-based parking association that represents 2,000 members of the $18 billion US parking industry that strives to advance the interests of private and public sector parking leaders and professionals.
